Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All of our products are digital in nature and accessible immediately after payment. This includes test series, practice sets, PDFs, and online question banks. Once content is accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned like physical products.

2. No Refund After Access

Once you have logged in and accessed the premium content, your payment becomes non-refundable. This is because digital products are instantly usable and non-recoverable once accessed.

3. Duplicate Payment

If you believe you've made a duplicate payment for the same product, please email us immediately at support@csemantra.shop. Upon verification, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction within 5–7 business days.

4. Technical Issues

If a technical issue (like failed download, login problem, or incorrect product delivery) prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact our support team within 24 hours. We will either:

• Fix the issue and deliver the correct content
• Or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved

5. Payment Gateway Errors

In rare cases, if a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank, the payment gateway or your bank may auto-reverse it. If not, you can contact us with your transaction ID for resolution.

6. Time Limit for Complaints

Any refund or access-related issue must be reported within 3 days of the original transaction date. Complaints made beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Right to Deny Refund

CSE Mantra reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Repeated refund requests from the same user
• Suspicious or abusive refund behavior
• Content already accessed or downloaded
